    5.1 Verification Process

    Healthcare Provider Verification

    • All psychologists/therapists must submit PMDC/PMC license details.
    • We verify licenses via the official PMDC website (pmdc.pk) or direct confirmation.
    • Additional checks: Qualifications, experience, and no disciplinary actions.
    • Only verified professionals are listed.

    5.2 Compliance Requirements

    Professional Standards

    • Professionals must adhere to PMDC Code of Ethics and Relevant Laws and their Concerned Bodies.
    • Maintain confidentiality under PECA 2016 and PDPA 2023.
    • Provide accurate advice; no false claims.

    5.3 Misconduct Rules

    Disciplinary Actions

    • Complaints investigated promptly.
    • Violations (e.g., unethical behavior, data breaches) may lead to suspension or removal.
    • We report serious issues to PMDC/authorities.
    • Appeals process available for professionals.

    The medicines we will provide are both approved by DRAP and quality assured by the regulatory organizations compliant to the laws of government of Pakistan.
